This size is most suitable for use on long stay trips or expeditions. Will hold:
8 standard sized insulin injector pens either pre-filled disposable or refillable
OR
20 cartridges (3 ml or 1.5 ml)
OR
8 x 10 ml vials (bottles)
OR
3 x Innolet injectors
NB: if you use a Saline or Humapen, the wallet will only hold 6-7 pens due to thickness of pen

I ordered this product for an annual holiday. Funky Pumpers was actually the cheapest I found. The ordering process was really easy and the product arrived within a matter of days!
