These arm bands come in a variety of sizes – so please check size of arm before ordering.
The arm bands can be washed and are fine to wear whilst swimming.

Received my pouch the other day, measured my arm prior to purchase but it keeps sliding down my arm. Would recommend a size down from what you measured just to be on the safe side. But a marvellous thing if it fits. Will deffo order again
