UK Delivery

Standard ‘Royal Mail 48’ delivery to all UK addresses is £2.50

FREE shipping on all orders over £40.00

International Delivery

Delivery out of the UK but within Europe is £4.49

Delivery to the rest of the world is £5.49

The price does not increase if you purchase more than one item.

Delivery Times

UK orders should be received by the customer within 3-5 working days. Orders are usually dispatched same day or next working day, depending on stock and whether it needs to be made by our seamstress. Items made by our seamstresses are all handmade, so we ask that you allow at least 10-14 days for your item to be made and sent out. 

For international deliveries, shipping within Europe should be within 5-7 working days and for the rest of the world please allow 10 working days.

Returns Policy

We offer our customers 100% customer service satisfaction; if you are unhappy with any items you have received from us, then you may return them for a refund or exchange. If you would like an exchange, please email us at info@funkypumpers.com, and include your name, order number, and any other relevant details.

For returns, please visit our Tracked Returns site on Royal Mail. Please make sure to include your invoice!

We do ask that goods are returned within 14 days of receipt, and that the item returned must be unused and in it’s original condition and packaging.

When returning items please enclose a copy of your invoice and clearly state whether you are seeking a refund or exchange.

In the event of an item being faulty, we ask that you provide pictures for inspection, and so we can send them on to our supplier if need be.

For handmade items where the care instructions have been followed correctly, an exchange will be offered up to 3 months from the date of the original purchase.
